this is what i feel presence engineering is about. the ability to engineer where your brand presence exists and how it interacts with your audiences. nice vid, as always.

I think she hits two key points about the present and future of social media: 1) media used to be about talking, now it's about listening. 2) aggregators will be the killer social media app of the next couple years. Just like we had browser wars in the 90's, we'll have aggregator wars in the 2000's.
