Squamish real estate market is heating up. Vancouver has already seen home values equal the peak of 2008 and a 6% increase in home values is predicted for the area in 2010. Squamish has yet to se values increase, but as sales volume increases home values are not far behind. The supply is starting to dwindle as fewer new listings are comming on to the market and the demand is increaseing. As we see this trend continue into 2010 I predict that Squamish will see home values begin to increase as the demand for real estate out strips the supply.
