To backup your wordpress database log into your cpanel and find the icon "Backups" under that is a link, Click on it. You'll now see options to backup MYSQL databases. Click on the one you want to backup and a window will popup asking you to save it....

To backup your wordpress database log into your cpanel and find the icon "Backups" under that is a link, Click on it. You'll now see options to backup MYSQL databases. Click on the one you want to backup and a window will popup asking you to save it. Click yes and save it to a safe place on your computer.
To bring your Wordpress Blog back to the state of the last backup, just click on browse and navigate to your backup file then click install.
