I love your videos! You two are great!

Would you do me a huge favor? Would you take your floating thermometer out of your must when you stir? It makes me nervous! I would hate for you to ruin your wine with broken glass!!

Joan, thanks for the tip! I hadn't thought about it and my hands were taken (left hand stirring, right hand camera). I'll definitely not make this mistake again.

Just lay your thermometer in or on something that's sanitized. How about on the inside of your primary lid? Then you can put it right back in when you're done adding oxygen! =)

Good tip! Simple and convenient! (sometimes I overlook the obvious... well too often) I'll for sure do that next time :-)
