Meet Joe Stiffler (NO not THAT Stiffler!) Joe comes to us from Fort Worth Texas. My husband Tod acted as our Tour guide as we drove Joe around Walnut Grove and Willoughby neighborhoods in Langley, BC.
I was fascinated to find out there are some major differences about our two markets aside from the obvious price differences! Lot size and layout were also quite different in Joe's opinion.
