My craigslist post on Sunday generated a lot of interest which caught me a little off guard.
I didn' t feel that the house was in shape to show so Monday night after work and dinner, my roommates (yes even the one moving out) and I were on a quest to get the house cleaned and presentable. The journey was completed at around 3:30am.
Four couples/families were scheduled to come by to see the house. One called in the morning to cancel their appointment, another completely forgot her appointment and rescheduled for tomorrow and a third rescheduled for later in the day.
The couples that I showed the house too were very impressed and interested. I'll probably be showing the house the rest of the week. Hopefully, I can find renters quickly so I have one less thing to worry about.
In the evening, I chatted with a friend who is currently in Geneva for work. I also tried catching up on Viddler videos.
