Here is a Prograde Protein Smoothie that I make to quench my thirst and fill my stomach using the all-powerful Magic Bullet.

The combination of protein and fruit makes this a great nutrient-rich jump-start to the day that will keep you feeling satisfied for several hours. And it’s delicious!

Portion sizes are not included in the video or in the list below. I encourage you to experiment a bit and create your own smoothie size based on your personal needs.

In this smoothie I include:

Coconut Milk
Prograde Protein Powder
Banana
Strawberries
Blueberries
Almond Butter or Peanut Butter can be added as well.
