If you've taken a few minutes to create a robust profile on Referral Key and have invited your trusted colleagues to exchange referrals with you, then you are ready to drive some revenue. In this short tutorial, I will be showing you how to send and receive qualified referrals within your network of trust. Click member login in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Log in with your email and your password. If you forgot your password, just click here and well send you another otherwise, just click login. To view Referrals received click Referrals Received in the left navigation pane. It may be possible that you haven't received any referrals yet but as any successful networker knows, sending a few referrals is the best way to get the ball rolling. So let's send a referral. When the opportunity to send a referral arises click "send referrals". Select the associate who you'd like to send the referral to, from the drop-down menu. Fill out the pertinent contact information of the client being referred. You can also add a few comments regarding the specific needs of the client. You can then check whether you'd like your associate to follow up with you or not, before they contact the client. When you have finished click send. The referral has been sent and your associate has been notified. This is a perfect opportunity to show what to do when you receive a referral. You will be immediately notified that you have received a referral. Click the link in the email and you can see important information regarding the client being referred. Since you'll want this referral to result in a sale you may want to immediately contact the client. Not only can you denote the contact date and the sales date for your records but, you can keep an up to date status if and when this referral will result in a sale. Furthermore, if you are serious about generating new referrals from the best possible sources, it would be a good idea to go ahead and rate every referral. You can
