This is what I did on the 4th day of my 30 days without caffeine. Sounds like it's not a big deal.. it is actually really hard to give up coffee and chocolate, especially for me. More at www.sukhjit.me

I meant to say: You start to try and jog, but you don't really concentrate! Flowers, that's later. first: hardship, torture and endeavour!
