I agree with you, but I also think that the viewer has the choice on whether or not to watch a vid, or they can pause the vid and come back to it later. I know I'd like to (and try to) watch every video, but I also know that if i have to skip over a longer vid so that I can get to class on time, so be it, I can always come back to it in december ^_^

I try to watch all videos, but I tend to skip over videos that are over 6mins if I know I have other stuff I should be doing. I try to keep my own vids to under 5, but a lot of times that doesn't quite work out -- i have too much i want to say :)

yeah...I generally won't watch anything longer than about 4 minutes, and not even all of those.

That was the case with me. I set my goal at 3400 word per day, enough to hit 100K on the 30th. But then when I did 5K a day for several days in a row, I set the goal at 5K a day. Seemed to work ok for me.

I know, me too. My last video was 10 minutes but then rerecorded it and trimmed it down considerably.
