NRG BALL TRAINING
Its all about fast mini- circuits with the nrg ball to get you into great shape. Forget about the long hours at the gym and start maximizing your time and energy. I suggest 3-4 exercises in a row (mini circuits) with the nrg ball everyday performed in sets of 30 sec to 1 minute for each exercise. Believe it or not all you need is 4 minutes as hard as you can and the results will show. Thats not to say you can extend a workout to 20-25 minutes but no more than that.
