Next Week- First Person Salon and Impressions deadline (back)

Next Wednesday August 13th, First Person Arts is holding it's monthly salon... this one is featuring filmmaker Andrew David Watson, muralist Eric Okdeh, storyteller Juliet Wayne, and multi-media artist Matthew Borgen. AND there will be beer. In other words, a guaranteed great time!Mark you calendars! Next Wednesday, August 13th at 7pm at the Gershman Y located at 401 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107 and admission is $5. All ages are welcome!

If you want to make an even better impression with First Person Arts, submit your story to First Person Impressions, our annual competition for documentary and memoir writers, videographers, and photographers. You can write an essay up to 1500 words, make a 5 minute video, or submit 1 to 5 photographs documenting your personal experience or thoughts or memories about ANYTHING, so long as it's real.
