Status 0 (zero) returned by viddler.videos.GetStatus (back)

Hi we have been receiving the status code "0" (zero) this afternoon when calling the API viddler.videos.getStatus on a just-uploaded video. This isn't listed as a valid return value from this API in the documentation. Why is this happening?
