Basically when I use Mac OS X's Photobooth to make videos they flip the moving images they are recording, so everything behind me or whatever I show up is reversed. I can remedy this problem in Quicktime by changing the video settings to flipped. I do this, get it right and save it with a new name. But! When I upload to Viddler, it remains as it was before I flipped it - all my texts in my video are reversed. I don't know if this is a Viddler problem or something with Quicktime but I've tried it twice and both times they come out reversed.

Michael, I did forward your question on to the tech team to see if they could provide some tips and I apologize that you haven't heard back yet. I've reminded them of the thread and hopefully we can get an answer for you soon!

Hmm I have never experienced this problem. I uploaded a video of me and nothing is flipped. Ill have to try something with photobooth. Dont know if I have it. Brandice do you have photo booth?

I do have photo booth and I know that the video comes out flipped, but I'm not familiar with flipping the video back, so haven't tried or tested that. We've got a few people on the team with Macs, perhaps Colin might know how to flip the video back and make it stay that way even after upload? I have no idea why it wouldn't stay flipped after fixing it in Quicktime.

May have found the issue here. It seems that your mac displays the video as flipped i see this on skype. the output i see is flipped by my partner sees it correctly. Maybe this is the same for photo booth.
