Viddler

I have a Viddler acct and can login at Viddler.com but when I view a video outside of viddler and try to leave a comment, I can't log in. I get the following message: Sorry we couldn't log you in or we couldn't update your permissions for some reason. Check your credential, try again later, or contact us via the support forum. Any suggestions?
