I concur with twofivethreetwo. For editing that simple, iMovie is great. And Final Cut Express is an excellent upgrade if you need to do more.

Although I currently use iMovie for quick/simple editing (Me Today, etc) and Final Cut Express for bigger jobs, I would also recommend Adobe Premiere as I used it for awhile. It is easy to use but also has some great features.

Of course if your in a hurry and want just a quick job then Windows Movie Maker does the job. However, if you use Adobe Premiere you never know what features you will learn to use and enjoy.

Adobe Premiere Pro CS3. It's a heavy mess on this old pc but, it gets the job done for me.

I'd have to recommend Adobe Premiere Elements. Great feature set, easy-to-create titles, and pretty good price. You get a ton for the money.

wine90- some may argue, but for ease of use and cost savings, Windows Movie Maker does a nice job. That is what I use...the file produced is a .wmv file, which until just recently provided some problems for Viddler. But now seems to work perfectly well. Free and easy to use.

In a few months I am going to start recording some videos but would like some advice on editing/software packages.

Im not looking to add music over the top or even edit sections out, at the moment only looking to be able to add Titles. Can anyone recommend a good Free or Cheap software package for this?

I found out that when I perform a search on google video, one of my viddler video's comes up in the result. That's great. But I wonder why only one of my 9 video's shows up.
I search on "internetschaap", I get http://www.viddler.com/explore/morganier/videos/12/ , the other video's with the same tags do not show up. Anybody an idea how this works? Would'nt it be superb as the good quality of viddler worked with google video!

Glad you're enjoying Viddler and you've mentioned a lot of things that I also like about Viddler's layout.
