I really dig Viddler's WP Comments plugin for replying to a blog post. However, that kind of conversation raises a problem: how to differentiate those comments from a more structured video or show? I know we can create separate accounts for different types of content (which is inconvenient), or we can use a tag to designate a particular show, but those feel like hacks. Could Viddler also add a higher level structure that allows us to organize videos into "sets" or "shows", similar to how you can group Flickr photos/videos? I think that would be great for highlighting content and reducing noise when browsing through someone's timeline.

I definitely like this idea! I think creating a group for your show would be what you're looking for.
I.e., You would add your show to the group and send people to the group to watch the show. It's just like how a Flickr set would work.

I agree with djsteen... in the absence of a current way to group your videos within your account (that could be offered down the road, but is not currently an option), creating a Viddler group and adding your show into that group is a good way to provide a place where viewers can go to a url and see only your show episodes. :)

That could work for the time being. Thanks!
