There is a video that shows up as a related video to all my videos called "Cash Gifting" but when you click on that video it goes to a page explaining that the video doesn't exist.

Here is a pic of how that video looks under Related Video and it is always first in line starting on the left:

Any way to flush this video out of the system since the video doesn't exist and does not relate to my videos at all?

That "Cash Gifting" video I mentioned in my above post is still showing up in my related videos. Any way to delete it since that video does no exist?

We are working on this issue for upcoming site updates. I've noticed this with several videos and the tech team is on it. Hopefully that video will stop showing up soon.

A month later update:

The same unrelated "Cash Gifting" video, that doesn't exist, is still showing up in my related videos. It is also still showing up in other peoples related videos.

We're still working on this issue. It's not just an issue with the Cash Gifting video, but with deleted videos' thumbnails still appearing in search results, so it's not simply an issue of clearing out that one video, but fixing the problem that is causing that video to still appear. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Actually, it is a problem with just that Cash Gifting video. It shows up usually in the first position of every members related video list. I haven't noticed any other non-existing videos showing up in mine or other peoples related video lists. Doesn't that thumbnail for the Cash Gifting video have a file name?

I checked my computer buffer and the filename is:

thumbnail_1_20141616.jpg

and the web address is

http://cdn-ll-16.viddler.com/e2/thumbnail_1_20141616.jpg

Click on that web address and it will load the Cash Gifting thumbnail from the Viddler website.

Why would this be so hard to delete?

That is a reasonable question, and one that I've forwarded on to our tech team, because I'm not aware of the technical issues behind the problem. I'm guessing that if it were as simple as manually deleting that one thumbnail, we would have taken care of that by now, but I'll let one of the more tech savvy members of the team answer your question more specifically.

The fact that you've not seen the other deleted videos that still show up in search results does not mean that they're not there, and I assure you that they are (I've seen this problem myself). This is not simply an issue of the Cash Gifting video.
