I also think Mike shoud write the instructions. I agree that he should because he knows technology, so he should be able to write effective instructions. I do not think he would have any problem with writing them. To me, his instructions would be the most reliable because of his position.

I also agree Mike is probably the most reliable person for technical matters in the company and out of the 4 peeople. His experience and position make him be the actual one who can handle it.

While I think you are both correct to choose Mike because he is the most familiar with the technical elements of the product, sometimes tech people have a difficult time putting instructions in laymans terms. This could potentially pose a problem with the client, who isn't as familiar with the technical aspects of globe talk.
