About This Video
You know times is tough when even the squirrel from the "rich areas" are digging through the trash, eating paper to find sustenance.
Well, I had lunch in the Watchung Reservation in NJ today and while there found this little guy jumping in a trash can and then surfacing to eat whatever he could find.
He seemed to really like this piece of paper and was munching vigorously on it.
I couldn't get close because every time I moved he would freeze, and as I got brave (after all, squirrels are terrifying critters) and took a step forward, he proceeded to scurry away.
And that is the end of my encounter with the squirrel.
