About This Video
On Thursday, October 4th, Harvard University Law School Professor Robert H. Sitkoff spoke at the Barrister's Club as part of ongoing faculty development efforts. On campus as part of the visiting scholar program, Sitkoff presented "Agency Costs, Charitable Trusts, and Corporate Control: Evidence from Hershey's Kiss-Off", which focused on the legal implications of the Hershey Trust's efforts to sell its controlling interest in the Hershey Foods Corporation in 2002. At the conclusion of the presentation, Professor Sitkoff took questions from the faculty on the implications of his findings.
