Next fall, Ramsey County Sheriff Bob Fletcher will face voters for the first time since he presided over the arrests of journalists and other bystanders during the 2008 Republican National Convention in St. Paul.
Fletcher now has an opponent. St. Paul Assistant Police Chief Matt Bostrom announced this week he will run against Fletcher in 2010.
