Recently, the news has covered several events taking place with members of what is called, The Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

However, these caricatures do not tell the full story of the many different groups and individuals that consider themselves to follow some of the early teachings of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

As members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, sometimes we are quick to judge or dismiss them for their refusing to follow what is found in the scriptures called “The Manifesto” or “Official Declaration-1”. However, should we not treat all of our Heavenly Fathers children with love and respect?

My hope with this video is to bring a greater understanding between these two groups which share such a beautiful and unique heritage. After all, we work with other Churches to provide relief, but when it comes to people who we share so much in common with; we shun them like the plague? I hope we can build bridges of understanding, love and mutual respect.
