About

Early in life I made the decision to observe life around me, and try to understand what relevance it has to the ultimate truth that is beyond the grave. It was apparent to me at an early age that regardless of what one does or has in this life, at the end we all die, and enter the next life with nothing but the results of our deeds in this life. The results being all that we have experienced, and it's indelible mark on our hearts. I do not remember a day when I was not sure that there was life beyond the grave. I am constantly aware that my understanding of good vs. evil, and how I respond to that knowledge, will determine my experience beyond the grave. As such I have been on a journey, a quest for the ultimate good experience in this life. This journey has taken me through many life experiences that have been both good and bad. The good stay with me, the bad are reminders of how good the good were and are. I have been a Seminarian, a combat soldier in Vietnam, a cop in DC, a teacher, a husband, a father, a horse and buggy Amish, a horse and wagon wanderer across the States, and a wannabe writer looking to leave at least one good story behind to encourage others on this walk through the physical plane.
