If you look at our API docs you'll see that tagging methods aren't available in the first version, but will be coming online in VERY short order.

Awesome, now will that allow me to also use some of the tagging features as well b/c the content itself is great but if it can't be indexed it's only so good, right?

Record with Webcam is the very next API to be released. It is in testing right now. So 100% yes!
