Charlie O'Donnell, co-founder of career development site Path101.com, talks with The Deal at Shake Shack II, a party for 300 held on September 15 at an outdoor burger stand favored by the New York tech crowd. The casual gathering was organized by O'Donnell and hosted by nextN, a group he founded for up-and-comers in the tech and new-media fields. The evening offered precious opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors to rub elbows -- and make deals. We were there, videotaping our conversations with dozens of the digerati.
