4 months ago 0 + -Boom mics are okay, but if someone behind you talks, it will pick that up as well. We were encouraged to go with the Sennheiser G2 series and I am glad we settled for nothing less. Lav mics are the way to go if you get decent ones (about $500/each).

4 months ago 0 + -start pouring down the center of the glass my friends vs. the bartender pour (down the side) it will release much more aroma and give you a greater appreciation for the nose of the brew.
