Family owned since 1860, this beer was rated the #8 best beer in the world by the New York Times, and is often called a "gourmet beer." An abbey style triple, this beer has specific pouring instructions, where you are supposed to pour gently so as to NOT get any sediment in your glass. It's triple-fermented, although it only ends up at 7.5% ABV. Do we agree with the NY Times that this is one of the top ten beers in the world? You'll have to watch to find out ;)
