We land at Philadelphia's Oktoberfest celebration and review some national and international beers.

We give some history on Oktoberfest and their related beers, and speak with some heavy hitters in the industry, including Bruce Pia, General Manager of the Erie Brewing Company, and Tom Kehoe, the President and founder of Yards Brewing Company!

This week is all about White Beer, a Belgian style rich in history. Funny thing about these beers -- none of them are from Belgium!

We start out with Philadelphia Brewing Company's Walt Wit. Then we go to the far east for Hitachino's Nest White Ale, from Kiuchi Brewery which is quickly becoming a favorite! Finally, we wrap up with Ommegang Witte from Brewery Ommegang, founded in Cooperstown and now operating on both sides of the Pond.

We enjoy two Saison's from Brasserie Dupont. Saison Dupont a fine bottle fermented Saison, and Saison Foret, a wholly organic beer from a farmhouse brewery rich in history and tradition.

We start out with Stone Brewing Company's Arrogant Bastard Ale - and it's a kick-start of a beer. Next we check out the fantastic triple 9% ABV "La Fin du Monde", and end off the show with the second-to-none Delirium Nocturnum.

Two Guys On Beer has reached it's pinnacle 10th episode! And it's a good one - better quality, more shots of the beer, and some fun brews.

We look at Anchor Liberty Ale, which is cousins with the more popular "Anchor Steam." Originally brewed for the 200th anniversary of the ride of Paul Revere, now bottled around the country.

Next we enjoy a Carlsberg Elephant which scores higher than expected, and travel down a fruity road to Leinenkugels' Berry Weiss (blackberries, that is).

We talk about three "recession-proof" beers - cheap beers that can be had for less than $1/beer, but that don't completely lack taste or desire.

Put down that Miller Light or Bud Light and try out a couple of beers you may never have heard of (and one I can almost guarantee you have) and learn to have a beer on the cheap!
