It's not legal to earn an income on "enrolling" people unless there is a product purchase involved. But, since many Zurvita reps have already stated that it's not even known which 5 states are going to be available to market in at the launch....
...how can anyone be earning money on product movement?
Be careful. If a company is paying out commissions without product movement, you're looking at a pyramid scheme. I'm not certain that's the case here but one should do their homework.

At this time Zurvita markets a discount savings plan and tech support, with Health access on the way. All good for today's market, timely & affordable.
On August 8 the company will start marketing energy in 5 states. The deregulation of energy is a $574 billion market.
