The site in question is GoogleTube (formally known as YouTube, that was before google took over it in 2008). I encourage you to think about and consider mirroring (download, re-upload or upload any videos you have already left on your computer) to other video sites NOT affected by flaggers, fake/false dmca, bad rating systems.
