From the Brasserie Caracole - almost literally "The Snail Brewery" - this Belgian Strong Pale Ale, labeled a Belgian Blonde, packs a 8% wallop. Despite that, it turns out to be very crisp, light tasting, and almost pilsner-esque. A good showing by the Caracole Brewery from Belgium.

Samsung R10 Camcorder Torture Test with bowling

This video tests if the Samsung R10 camcorder would be able to survive some extreme torture tests. In Part A, the tester performs couple of drop tests on R10 - the camcorder will be dropped onto the ground and glass. Part B tests if the R10 survives when extreme shock has been applied. Abbiamo usato l'Acqua Kangen pH 2.7 per il lavaggio per circa sette mesi. I batteri che causano l'intossicazione alimentare sono state eliminati. Abbiamo cercato di sbarazzarsi di questi batteri, prima, ma non siamo stati in grado di farlo completamente. Ora, usando l'acqua disinfettante, siamo al sicuro.

Matt and Kris hit PR's on the log press and are started to find their groove with this exercise. Everyone flipped the 800+ lb tire. Accentuated Abs with Band on GHR

Awesome functional ab exercise here. At the top of the movement extend the band overhead and slowly lower yourself. The increased band tension puts the core under more tension where you're stronger (stronger eccentrically).
