Es ist ein Zusammenspiel von Ursachen, das zum Reizdarmsyndrom führt: Psychische Faktoren wie Depressionen und Ängste, Bakterielle Darminfektionen wie z.B. der Candida-Pilz, Stress, die Ernährungsweise und Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten wie z.B. gegenüber Laktose oder Gluten. Bei der Diagnose müssen natürlich schwere Erkrankungen wie Morbus Chron oder Darmkrebs ausgeschlossen werden; eine Stuhldiagnostik dient dem Feststellen des Status der Darmflora, Tests auf Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten und psychosomatische Untersuchungen runden die Diagnostik ab. Die Behandlung mit Probiotika, die bei dieser Erkrankung helfen kann, hat eine lange Geschichte: Hippokrates, Dschingis Khan, Ilja Metschnikow (Medizin-Nobelpreisträger), Roy Fuller sind einige bekannte Namen. Die Entdeckung des Penicillin hat für lange Zeit die Forschungsgelder in die Entwicklung von Antibiotika umgeleitet, was sich nun mehr und mehr als Sackgasse bzw. Irrweg herausstellt. Basierend auf der Definition der WHO für Probiotika erläutert Marianne C. He was wearing a hat made from the beak of a stalk and had an array of shakers, hooters and maraccas attached to his legs and arms. I love characters like these, we were the first to stop and about 5 minutes later there was eventually quite a crowd. We gave him some money, and immediately after he whipped out his own CD that he had produced!Brilliant.
