Ok I knew things weren't gonna be great as I've just had a long weekend away in Paris but, seriously, I am so arse and so fed up of hearing myself saying the same old crap. Anyway, these videos are making me focus and I've not failed until I've quit and I'm not quitting!!! Next week WILL be more positive! 170 pounds! yeah i said it! i feel every single one of them. so, short term goals first. weigh 168 a week from today. weigh 163 by january 1, 2009 run 5K (anywhere) less than 42 minutes aslo by january 1, 2009
