While walking around the Bund these little girls came up to us and started asking us questions, they said they were little journalists.

PAAC Summer Study Tour to China and Taiwan: GUIYANG & SHANGHAI

This is all the video that I took during our trip to Guiyang and Shanghai. ------------- Twenty students from Hawaii's public and charter high schools were awarded full scholarships for the Pacific and Asian Affairs Council's (PAAC) 2008 Summer Study Tour to China and Taiwan. Students will depart from Honolulu on June 15, 2008 for a 16-day tour with stops in Beijing, Shanghai, Guiyang, Taipei, and Kaohsiung. Awardees represent schools on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Lanai, and the Big Island. Students will visit Beijing just weeks before the Olympic Games begin, and witness the city's transformation as China prepares to step onto the world stage. Over the past decade, the country has experienced a booming economy and increased urbanization. However, rapid development is also cause for environmental concern. DJVIBE and City Weekend got an exclusive interview the French house legend David Guetta in Shanghai. He played to a packed house at Bar Rouge and it was so full clubbers poured out onto the terrace.
