Oil prices hold near $78 a barrel ahead of inventory figures later in the week that could send it through the $80 mark. Two decades after the Exxon Valdez disaster, a tugboat working to prevent another oil spill in Alaska's Prince William Sound ran aground on the same reef and left a three-mile sheen of fuel oil on the water. Salvage crews have completed transferring oil from the tugboat.
