The people who create, edit and add misinformation, false information, lies (libel), false accusations, false facts, post edited, stolen or genuine photos, embed videos (or steal & embed) of users targeted, including their personal information, (first/last name, home/work/school/college/university address, landline/cellular work/home phone numbers, postal/zip code) which is either fake (most of the time) or real, either because the user was not that web-savvy or wasn't aware of the privacy policy or a public profile bearing that information, posted publicly for harassment, threats, (scams/phishing attacks, marketing, junk mail; not intended, but does occur when information is published in plain sight), pranks, raids (group harassment, threats), property damage, theft, vandalism, trespassing, etc. on Encyclopedia Dramatica, do not really know how much danger the targets are thrown at or the crimes they are possibly commiting online (once the government makes a rule clear, watch out fuckers) and assume they will never be caught. Those innocent (90% of the time) targets will soon possibly lose their jobs, possibly be forced to move from their community or be harmed by whoever takes it (hatred, harassment, threats, trespassing, etc) offline. These individuals who make up all these stories, transmit, store, upload and download the illegal content (photos) and try to put it on computers of the target to get them arrested by law enforcement (after making a false report), are the actual people responsible for what they have on their

I tried to upload this first, but my browser mysteriously went to my home page. So here's the problem. You have a family member who is getting annoyed by the things you do (it can be anything, for me, it's video blogging, etc.) and is telling you to stop doing what you enjoy in life. You tell them to just ignore it, don't pay attention to what you're doing, but they insist you stop or they will do something to prevent you from continuing to do what you like doing. Now, this starts to find it's way into the "running your life, telling you what you can and cannot do, in your own home" thing, what could you do about it? Tell them to MYOB, if they threaten to damage/steal equipment that enables you to do what you enjoy, then this gets serious. If your things start going missing or stop working shortly after (Now don't assume they damaged it unless you notice something, it could be a malfunction. Something as such as a broken LCD is different) they started threatening you, then it's time to face your resistance and CALL THE POLICE. Families rarely do that, but they MUST if the member starts acting like a criminal. Do not be afraid to press charges. You have the Canadian Book of Rights and Freedoms. Read it. there is an online version, if not, it's not hard to obtain (there is something like that in the United States of America or your country of residence.). Before you take it to the authorties, consider making an agreement with that problematic relative. If that doesn't work, do what you must. Kick them out, change the locks if they keep coming back. Charge them.
