Made in excellent NTSC quality, using my netbook's webcam. Proper positioning will give you the right dim for your needs in lighting. Remember, I only started doing this for a few days to the date of this video. No 30 day trials have been run for this at all. Please note that the bulb's life may be reduced as the ballast is under a bit of stress. Also note, the filaments inside the bulb, under both stems, may burn out prematurely.
