Becoming a partner... Will it affect what I upload? Fair Use for TV rips included?

I just want to know so I don't end up unknowingly violating the terms of use in any way. I have respected and abide to the terms since joining, so I just need to know if it's okay for the random uploads to continue without affecting the partnership.

Momentum picking up in secondary market too

"The secondary market as an institution was catalyzed by the problems in M&A and the IPO market, but now what's driving momentum in the secondary market is that the markets are picking back up," said Adam Oliveri, managing director, private company market, SecondMarket. Oliveri expects the recent momentum in the IPO market to resume in January after a pause in December. And he predicts that of the potential social networking companies to make a public debut in 2010, Zynga Game Network Inc. is a safer bet than Facebook Inc., LinkedIn Corp. or Twitter Inc. "LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, all of these companies have raised a lot of capital in the private market, they have very strong business models and and they have boards and management that are, quite frankly, very patient," said RRE Ventures partner Will Porteous when asked if 2010 will deliver the first U.S. initial public offering of a social networking company. All three of the startups Porteous mentioned are likely candidates for an IPO eventually. It's possible a social networking company will go public in the second half of the new year, said Porteous, but, "They're not going to go public just to go public, they're going to do it because they think it's the right thing strategically."
