You can also do it with green or white teas, not sure why I said just black teas.

We planned it just for you! (Either that, or it's just how Joe's dining room always looks...) :D

Haha! VidSecret: I drank a whole bottle of Chanel No.5 when I was about 5 years old. ...and you wonder why I'm so weird. :P

Dear Mr. & Mrs. T, YOU HAVE WON A GAZILLION DOLLERS. Please send mi sum tea and I will sends cheq from nigeria. Sincerily, Mr. Money Bags.

Good question and something we'll feature in later shows. The general rule of thumb is one non-heaping teaspoon per serving. If you're brewing a pot, it's one teaspoon per serving plus one. Since everyone's tastes are different the best thing to do is experiment and see what works for you.

Is there a guide somewhere on brew times for specific blends? I'm beginning to realize this may be my problem with some of my tea adventures.

Here's a good one: http://www.adagio.com/info/preparation.html

The main thing, I think, is 5 minutes with boiling water for black teas and 3 minutes with rumbling water (the tea pot has started to rumble but not to whistling) for green teas.
