2 years ago 0 + -You can also do it with green or white teas, not sure why I said just black teas.

2 years ago 0 + -What was the tea to water ratio?
FirstClown (3:27)
2 years ago 0 + -Good question and something we'll feature in later shows. The general rule of thumb is one non-heaping teaspoon per serving. If you're brewing a pot, it's one teaspoon per serving plus one. Since everyone's tastes are different the best thing to do is experiment and see what works for you.

FirstClown
2 years ago 0 + -Here's a good one: http://www.adagio.com/info/preparation.html
The main thing, I think, is 5 minutes with boiling water for black teas and 3 minutes with rumbling water (the tea pot has started to rumble but not to whistling) for green teas.
