1 year ago 0 + -The Assam that we tried here was the TA40, which I see know doesn't mention the specific plantation at all. http://uptontea.com/shopcart/item.asp?from=catalog.asp&itemID=TA40&begin=20&parent=Teas%3EBlack%3EIndia&category=Assam&sortMethod=0&categoryID=0
Good tip about the milk too. I have a feeling that that is a science that I haven't mastered yet.

1 year ago 0 + -Great comments! :) When you submit your tea for the showdown, maybe pick one that you put milk in and then tell us exactly how much milk to put in so that maybe we'll get a better tasting of the milk-in-tea business.
Also, I'd like to try a Yunnan. If you have a specific plantation, etc., to recommend, hit us up!

1 year ago 0 + -The leaves in the IngenuiTEA float throughout the entire container, so lots of room to circulate. There's a net at the very bottom that the tea goes through when you pour it, so the whole thing is one large unfurling area for the leaves.
Send us your tea pick and maybe you can try one out for free! :) You and Michelle both need to send in your picks so you can take a crack and winning one of these nifty things.
