In this episode of Jenna's Healthy Kitchen, kickboxing champion Don "The Dragon" Wilson is Jenna Norwood's special guest. Don and Jenna make a healthy Veggie Fried Rice. It's an un-fried, no-rice raw food recipe. It's easy and surprisingly delicious! Don has special kitchen skills. Watch him karate chop a carrot with his foot. Don "The Dragon" is in the Guinness Book of World Records for winning the most kickboxing championships and he's starred in more than 30 films.
