Episode 3 we taste a few Hefeweizens. This is a great beer to try when you want to get out of the mainstream brews and into the craft brew scene. Hefeweizen is an unfiltered wheat beer. Some enjoy Hefeweizen better by adding some lemon juice and/or lemon slice.
