Rogers is clueless

So I receive this call today from Rogers Cable, welcoming me, and thanking me for using their service. That's fine and all. I know it's policy, but I like it when a company calls me and gives me a welcome call. However, I was not expecting the result. Watch the video to find out. Oh, and literally 30 seconds after I recorded that video, the call was disconnected. *insert sarcasm here*Thanks Rogers for a great customer experience!*end insert*
