This 2 bedroom condo next door to Harborview Medical Center is in pretty deceent shape for it's age. The building is quite old, with older pipes and probably questionable electricity. This ground floor unit is in reasonably good repair, though. Smells like a smoker lived in it last, it could use a good detailing, and a new tub. Other than that... quite nice...
