I will agree that you passed with flying colors on the rubric. Great job and very creative. It looks like our solutions for the cutaways were similar but with small differences. Interesting to see the similarities and the differences in our interpretations.

Video Critique Rubric: Editing: I think you did a great job and created an informative and sequential story. Audio: Audio was clear and I liked it in the opening footage. Visuals: I liked the continuity of the blue background in the beginning and the end with the messages. Objective: Purpose of video was clear. Video effectively communicated your message. Creativity: I liked the beginning with the visuals and the audio. I liked the back and forth between the men talking and the mountains and the "Big Foot" scenes. I think you creatively handled a troublesome piece of video.

By using a cut away shot you can edit the audio to your hearts content. It doesn't llok like you did too much, but the opprotunity is there. When you cut back to the main scene, you effectively use that as an opportunity to jump to the next question.

Agreed. great transition here and use of moving the audio around to make a seamless transition between car arrival to getting out.

I like the use of the footage, but I just think you could compress it to flow a little better. I think you transitioned beautifully to the ending.

Going between the men's description and the 'bigfootage' breaks up the monotany of the dialogue and helps the viewer picture the scenario. Some of the shots could have been compressed just a tad more.

Short and sweet and to the point. I think I would have added a final credit roll to the end. There were so many ways to focus on the issue here in this video that it was tough to pick a view and stick to it. View from the scientist/naturalist stance, the hunter's stance, I also thought about the BigFoot's stance at one point but really was lacking the time to complete the idea and find all the resources I would have needed to do this.
