About This Video
Lost: Olympus Sp-560uz 8mp Digital Camera 18x Optical Zoom.
Compact digital camera.
Dimensions (WxDxH): 4.6 in x 3.1 in x 3.1 in
Weight: 12.9 oz
Stolen from pickup May 2009 at the Port Susan Camping Club saltwater access beach Tulalip, Marysville Washington State area.
I was kayaking that day and forgot I left the camera in the back of the 1991 GMC Sierra pickup. Turns out drug addicts were hanging around and used a Slim Jim to open the doors. They then slithered around in the truck like a snake and rummaged in the back in a plastic container of extra clothing in case I was wet from the trip on the water.
The thieves also stole a DC inverter that was in the front of the truck on the floor. That was used to convert the battery power for a laptop etc.
Lesson here. I forgot to write down any serial numbers for either item. So now it would be impossible to find. I bought the camera at Circuit City. The store is closed so getting the information is not possible.
