1 year ago 0 + -I bought those too! the clamp lights at home depot...and first noted that the bulbs were hot as heck! I like the parchment paper, and being a Chef, I can find that!

1 year ago 0 + -Yah I'm kind of ocd when it comes to lighting... I think I've probably made 5 or 6 different ways to light my stream? Lol thanks for this though, I'll make it #7 on my list ;)

1 year ago 0 + -first i though, you worry too much. then i had to laugh, and then i thought okay cool i learned something but seriously, did you get a tan from that already? ;)

1 year ago 0 + -Also, one thing you forgot to mention, is by using (as you do) those CFL bulbs instead of incandescent bulbs they are much cooler and can't get hot enough to burn the parchment.
Although I have to say the end result still looks kinda "meh". It's bright, but you are really washed out. Maybe it's the camera? Maybe need a more professional one, one with a white balance and color temp adjustment?
