It's illegal to hold phone against your head, not sure if it's illegal to have earbuds (they act as a blootooth headset would).

by the way I dont understand what it does it recives the radio frequencys from your radio to your phone to tell you what your listening to ? or you had to go online and type it in to find the song?

I think it samples the audio uploads it to there servers, then it replies with what song that was.

Yeah here in Texas its illegal to have the phone to the ear but I think BLUETOOTH is ok not sure. but they require you pull over into the Emergency lane if you dont have no bluetooth to talk or you can get a big 250.00 fine here heh. I hate Texas lol.
